Refunds & Replacements

In an unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit, it is eligible for full refund or replacement by contacting the customer service at Contact@utopiadeals.com

Depending on the situation, for instance, defective, damaged or wrongly shipped item, is only eligible for partial refund if it has surpassed 30 days money back guarantee.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

We will process all eligible refunds as soon as possible and will be visible in your account within 4-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again or contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. You may also want to contact your bank to know the processing time before a refund is posted. If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@utopiadeals.com.

Shipping

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement to reach you, may vary.

Sale items (if applicable)

Refund/ Replacement may only be applicable on regular priced unlike sale items.

Procedure:

To return an item, please e-mail us at contact@utopiadeals.com with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Item(s) and quantity you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

Within 24 hours of receiving your request, we will e-mail you return instructions, including a UPS return label. After you receive the UPS return label, carefully repackage the item in its original condition, including all original packaging and materials (manuals, accessories, etc.) and drop it off to your nearby UPS office within 7 days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-4 business days.

Conditions:

  • To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (for instance your Order ID)
  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Item must also be in the original packaging
  • No returns will be accepted without notification
  • Return window starts after the product is delivered and will only last for 30 days
  • If the return is started with 30 day window than customer must complete the return in 7 days
